  • Prices are in US dollars. Builder and Team are paid by card through Stripe, and promotion codes are accepted at checkout.
  • Your agents run in your own Vercel, Render, AWS or Azure account, so your provider bills that infrastructure separately.
  • Usage resets each calendar month in UTC, and the console warns you at 80 percent. Over a limit, calls return a clear error rather than an extra charge.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan keeps applying for 7 days. If a plan ends, nothing is deleted and running deployments keep running.
Billing questions

How plans work in practice.

Need approvals, longer audit history or unlimited runs? Email sales@beanshost.com to talk about Enterprise.

Can I try BeansHost before paying?

Yes. Creating an account and an organization is free, and you can look around the console. Connecting a repository or cloud account, registering agents, storing secrets, calling agents and deploying start with Builder at $5 per month. Promotion codes are accepted at checkout.

Does the plan price include cloud hosting?

No. BeansHost deploys into your own Vercel, Render, AWS or Azure account, and that provider bills you for the infrastructure directly. You keep your existing discounts, credits and billing alerts.

What counts as a run?

Each call to an agent through BeansHost is one run, and so is each run an agent reports itself. Runs reset on the first day of each month in UTC.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Calls over your per-minute rate answer 429 tenant_rate_limit and can be retried shortly. Once the month's runs are used, calls answer 429 execution_quota_exceeded until the month resets or you upgrade. You are never charged automatically for overage.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. When a plan ends, your deployments keep running and your data stays. Only new actions that need a plan are refused.
